Additional Service Options: 

* Hang dry/Air dry $1 per pound (may need an extra day to dry).

We only charge your credit card when we have completed your order. If you are on reoccuring, we will not charge you monthly; we will only charge you after each order. 

Trash bags work best or any kind or cinch-able bag! Don't worry about labeling or tagging your bags our driver will do that for you! 

We will then deliver your professionally folded clothes in your FREE WhiskAway Laundry Heavy-Duty bag! Which then you can use on your next laundry pickup!

We offer only the best and a variety of choices to accommodate all preferences which are all included with your service; our special house detergent, All Free & Clear, Tide  & Gain.  

For whites you have the option to add OxiClean or Clorox in addition to the detergent. 

You are also welcome to send in your own detergent.

Absoulety, our goal is to make this task as easy as possible. We try our best to sorting by your laundry by family member so when you get your professionally fold laundry all you have to do is put it away. 

Your clothes will be returned the NEXT DAY!

Of course! We do light stain removal. Please place all stained clothing in a separate bag and let us know by including a note in the bag or on your laundry profile and we’ll do our best to get it out. It is very useful to know the exact source of each stain, since the best treatment will vary by the type of stain and the fabric type. 

While we’re usually successful at removing stains, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get it out. If you can pretreat the stains before putting the garment in the bag, it will increase the odds of success.

Absolutely not! We never wash or dry your items with anyone else’s.

We follow best practices; we treat your clothes as our own. This includes following your specifications. 

We provide the option to choose scented or hypoallergenic detergent. If you have special requests or preferences around the dry temperature, detergent you can adjust your account preferences or email hello@WhiskAwayLaundry.com

You have the option to select to hang collared shirts, dresses, blouses, and slacks/dress. If you have a request for something else to be placed on a hanger, just let us know. 

If you’d like us to use your hangers, just send them in with your laundry.* 

If you would like to recycle the hangers we provided in a previous order, just send them in with your next laundry.* 

*Please send hangers in separate bag to ensure your clothes do not get damaged.

No, this is supposed to be easy for you, remember? Leave the sorting to us! 

Of course, it’s laundry! Let us take ALLLLL your laundry off your hands! 

If you prefer to keep your undergarments private you may send them inside a mesh laundry bag along with a note requesting we wash, dry & return the undergarments in your mesh bag. 

We use the detergent you selected and give you the option to add OxiClean or Clorox at no extra charge to all whites, unless you request something different. 

Hang-dry/Air-dry items are $1 extra per pound.

After laundering with the rest of your Wash & Fold, Hang-dry/Air dry items will be hung up to dry in a climate-controlled environment and returned to you on a hanger or folded.

Our Hang-dry/Air-dry service is recommended for delicates and synthetics. Hang-dry/Air-dry items are NOT pressed after drying, so they may be returned with wrinkles.
